Clean rooms, good size but need updating. Bathroom door stuck shut, shower intermittent. Restaurant drinks and food good, as was breakfast. Rooms just needs a bit of modernisation to be up to standard of restaurant.

Easy check in and very friendly staff, useful to also be within very close proximity to the restaurant with the option of room service also. Room was a slightly run down in areas e.g radiator but was to be expected for the very cheap price point in comparison to other hotels around the area. Could also use a toilet brush in the bathroom- But overall a really good stay at a very affordable price point and near to Alton Towers, ideal if travelling from far and need somewhere to stay for a night or two. Also a Tescos and Mcdonald’s within walking distance.

Very dated. No usb chargers or even plug points near beds. Bathroom very old and feel dirty, even though they clean, due to how aged and worn out they are. Window lets in a lot of noise. Ok for a quick one night stay. On the plus side, staff was excellent and breakfast was great.

The hotel has some great amenities around it, mcdonalds right opposite - hungary horse next door and a mini tesco across the road. We stayed here for the races and the staff were fantastic. I met becka and a blonde woman on the reception and both were absolutely fantastic- so helpful, went above and beyond to help us and check us in as early as they could due to us needing to get ready and they were overall lovley people. The rooms were perfect heaters, fans if needed comfortable beds clean and just what we needed and so cheap!!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with standard choice or choice from their hungry horse menu. Room itself was quite tired and could do with an update. Particularly the furniture and bathroom.
