「Great property a short drive from downtown and campus, convenient to the highway. Lots of fun decor and a beautiful screened-in gazebo in the back yard. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. It was the perfect place for our graduation weekend stay! The only downsides were - broken dishwasher, broken water/ice dispenser in the fridge, and an unadjustable shower head. 「The hot tub loses heat pretty quick. One night we sat in it and the temp went from 104 to 98 degrees in about an hour and a half. I know the outside temperature was 35 degrees but it should be able to withstand holding a warmer temp. A heads up or pictures of the drive way layout would be nice. Little difficult getting a boat up to the house. Any trailer would be hard to get up there.」
