Hiccup with check in and the room we reserved but overall clean and comfy stay. Breakfast was okay too. We got to use the small pool as well and that was nice and clean.

The staff was nice, and we had a okay stay overall. However, they gave us dirty towels, there were ants in the bathroom, and it didn’t really seem like the bathroom had been properly cleaned. The cleanliness was disappointing, and honestly, I just don’t feel like the stay was worth the price.

It needs TOO MUCH cleaning, it is too much what is paid for the service that is provided From the first day I entered the hotel the cans full of garbage to the elevator and the room not to mention hairs all over the floor My experience was bad.

New hotel, but several avoidable letdowns The hotel is new, yet the elevators and hallways already carry a noticeable dog smell. Perhaps some guests don't mind it, but I found it off-putting. The $150 hold for incidentals is far too high for this brand and location. I've been charged less in San Francisco, a much more expensive city. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi being down all day. A sign saying "Wi-Fi is down" isn't enough and/or too late. Wi-Fi is a core amenity that many guests weigh when choosing where to stay, so learning about the outage only at check-in is too late. The hotel should proactively offer an alternative connection rather than wait for guests to complain. Many people travel for work and need to get things done from their rooms. I hope management addresses these issues, since the property otherwise has potential.
