In a peaceful, rural setting just 7 km from Lake Constance, you will find this well-kept 2-room holiday apartment in Stockach-Wahlwies. Surrounded by apple orchards, it’s perfect for relaxing walks and quiet holidays away from the crowds.



The apartment features a dining room, a combined living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower option. The east-facing terrace is ideal for sunny breakfasts and relaxing in the shade in the evening. Towels (1 set per person) and bed linen are included. Please bring your own towels for the lake. There is no towel or linen change during your stay.



Ideal for up to two adults seeking peace and nature. The living/sleeping area offers a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a small sofa with satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. Free Wi-Fi is available.



Bicycles can be stored outside in the bike rack. 100% non-smoking accommodation—smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the property. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance. The train station is about a three-minute walk away, offering excellent connections for excursions. Parking is available nearby. A bakery is about five minutes away on foot.



Check-in: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 pm. Personal check-in on site by prior arrangement of arrival time. Online check-in in advance is required for all guests.



Seasonal minimum stay: 4 or more nights, depending on travel period.
