It is a mile from the national cycle network route 7 and is close to numerous popular walks. It is within a 30-minute drive of many local attractions such as Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine, Go Ape and Blair Drummond Safari Park. Gartclach is also located 22 miles from Glasgow and 17 miles from Stirling city centres and is a 10-20 minute drive to the villages of Buchlyvie, Aberfoyle, Balfron, Drymen and Killearn. These villages cater for local services such as cafes, restaurants, shops, petrol stations and electric car charging points. The property is within walking distance of a café, gift shop and garden centre and 2 miles from Gartmore village, home to a community owned pub and restaurant.
