The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in two bedrooms with one bathroom. If you'd like to visit the beautiful Italian coast, it's just a short distance to the sea (3 km 2 mi).

The house shares a swimming pool with 3 other dwellings. Although they belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment. The flats can be either ground floor or 1st floor.
