There are decks on both levels, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub overlooking the ocean. The open plan living room features vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. There is a smart TV and an Apple TV. No cable. The well stocked gourmet kitchen is equally ready for cooking (induction stove top and oven, coffee, teas, spices, olive oil and great cookware) or bringing meals in from the best of Stinson's fabulous food offerings, just steps away in the village.
Luxuriate and relax in an intimate setting, or help yourself to beach towels and chairs to take to Stinson's two mile stretch of pristine beach. Just as convenient are trailheads to Mt. Tam's amazing network of hiking. No pets. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Futon couch.
LAUNDRY: There is a small all-in-one washing machine for small loads. Hang clothes on clothesline to dry. The dryer is best used to soften clothes after line drying.
PLEASE NOTE: This home requires attention to water conservation due to its hillside septic system. The property can sleep four people only and two more are allowed for day use.
