For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place! This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decked area with BBQ and comfy seating as well as down comforters on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS IN THE BACKYARD. Several neighbors are permanent residents and would be adversely impacted by excess noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 6. We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Located in Stinson Beach Village just steps to the beach. House has Mt. Tam views. Perfect for one/two small families or two couples, this beach bungalow is adorable. Private, sunny, enclosed backyard with BBQ, comfy seating and hot tub. Pets are negotiable.

Cozy beach house

My family loved staying here even though we got very rainy weather. The house heated up nicely with the gas oven and the hot tub warmed us up as well! The beach is at the end of the block and town is in walking distance.

The Beach Cottage is the quintessential way to experience Stinson Beach - steps to the beach, a wind proof backyard with a hot tub and a cute 3-bedroom well-equipped and very functional cottage. We’ll be back!

Great time at Stinson cottage

Karen's property was just as described and looked even better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The outdoor spaces were great for sitting and reading/relaxing. The house was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach at the end of the block. Thanks for offering your beach cottage for vacation stays. We had a lovely time

Cozy darling cottage steps from the beach

This cottage looks tiny from the street and my tall husband was nervous as we walked in, but it turned out to be perfect! It's clean and cozy with plenty of room for a family of five, thanks in no small part to the awesome outdoor space in the back. And the beach, of course! The beds were super comfortable and the owner was really responsive and helpful. The one downer was that the hot tub was leaking so we had to keep filling it up, meaning it never really got hot enough, but I'm sure that's been fixed. This was a delightful house and we had a great stay.

The beach cottage was perfect for our family of five adults and our dog. We all enjoyed games at the large dining room table and our multiple daily walks on the beach, which is just steps from the house. Karen was a joy to work with throughout the entire process.

Another great stay

We try to get a beach stay in at Stinson at least once a year. We love being able to bring our dog to enjoy the beach, weather, hikes and patio dining. We also need a place that allows us easy access to the beach and town and chill time in the yard. This house delivers on all accounts.And, the king size bed is so comfortable.Karen is great to work with-responsive and accommodating.

Amazing Beach Cottage!

This is our second stay at this great beach cottage -- super-close to Stinson Beach! Perfect layout for our family, with nice living room space, open kitchen/dining room, and three bedrooms. Televisions everywhere. Comfortable beds, particularly the king. Kitchen appointed with everything you could possibly need to cook extravagant meals. Backyard with hot tub (very clean!), seating and dining areas, and a gas grill. My wife and I worked for several days and found the living room table and the kitchen table perfect for taking calls -- fast WiFi. Pet friendly! Rent this great cottage!

Perfect Stay in Stinson

This property was great for myself and 3 friends during our long weekend stay while running a trail race in Stinson Beach. The location was amazing and the property had everything we needed and more. Perfect getaway!

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful little cottage! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was close to the beach (2-minute walk) and town (10-minute walk). We loved the hot tub and sheltered backyard. We will be back!

Stuff we LOVED about our stay here: Used the hot tub for hours each night for hours. Loved the location just yards from the ocean. Loved the location for a little walk to town and the Matt Davis trailhead. This place was well furnished and clean. There were plenty of linens and a wide variety of appliances. We did not stay with littles but if that is in your realm this place is PERFECT. There is a great two twin bedroom wiht it's own tv. the outdoor shower also made it very easy to get the wetsuits off and get clean before going inside from the beach. Great place and thank you for this experience of staying here.

Well appointed house. Really Comfortable stay!

Lovely house. The most comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and outside patio were great for late afternoon lounging after a day at the beach (which was steps away, btw) Owners were great with communication and lovely to deal with. We stay in Stinson a lot. We like this area of the beach and this is one of the better houses with beach access. We will be back!
