LOCATION:
That's definitely the key here -- it's almost on OSU's campus in a protected neighborhood that it still mostly families, but with lots of students around as well. Walkable to all the classic alumni hangouts and less than a 10 minute drive to almost anywhere in Stillwater.
ROOMS:
Featuring three bedrooms and two full baths, a well-appointed living room, and a well-equipped kitchen to cook your own delicious meals if you like. We provide the basics for coffee (Keurig Style), as well as some snacks to get you started or tide you over for a late arrival. The house is furnished with a washer and dryer.
The house can sleep up to six, two comfortable queen beds, a daybed with a floor-level pullout. Check out the photos.
TECHNOLOGY:
Self check in- door lock allows you to enter with your own keypad code.
The 4K Smart Samsung living room television has cable and unlimited Internet.
COMFORT:
The house is very well insulated and keeps the temperature very comfortable.
Guest access
The entire home is for your exclusive use.
Other things to note
With this prime location comes some constraints:
1. By City Code, no more than three unrelated persons may occupy this home;
2. Off-street parking is limited. An extended cab F150 just fits in the driveway. A small car can be kept in the garage;
3. Street parking is usually available on the opposite side of the street from the home. Of course, we can't guarantee that public parking;
