「丁寧なスタッフで実家のような安心感」

「Excellent staff, clean facility, and safe parking!」

「Always a wonderful property to say at.....」

「高速道路の横の部屋で、夜は騒音がした。部屋は清潔だった」

「Pool was closed for refurbishment」

「The rooms don’t have closets nor a microwave. There was an issue with the Tru Hotel key cards so we had to go down to reset them everyday. Also housekeeping only comes every other day. The rooms are also pretty thin walls.」

「Comfortable to stay long」

「Great」

「Absolutely loved it! Best staff I’ve ever met! Beyond excellent! Property was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Comfy rooms, beds, and pillows. Good location. Safe. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!」

「とても良かったです！」

「I’m」

「Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly & helpful. Room decor was nice & the room was spotless!」

The microwave by the front desk was filthy with mixed odors and of course there are none in the rooms. I also used the gym. I checked it the night...

「Everything」

「Good comfortable stay. Minimalist type of hotel…basic necessities available. Would stay again it served it purpose for a pleasant stay near places to eat and things to do not far from downtown Nashville either which was a plus!」
