Lake front, pool and golf access, Sand Valley, Lake Arrowhead- 3 king beds!

Welcome to Loenneth (The Lake House)This all brick home is right on the lake with a dock to tie your boat up to or to fish off of. The 1700 sq foot home is full of large windows with breath taking views. The all brick large patio surrounds 3/4 of the house with a table that seats 6 for outside dining with umbrella. There is a large fire pit for hanging out at in the evenings with all the wood you need.

The home has natural gas heat as well as an indoor wood fireplace. There is central air for those warm days. there are 5 ceiling fans throughout the house.

Both bathrooms have a tub and shower. We have a Queen Air Matress if needed and room in the downstairs bedroom for it.

The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen gadgets, pans and dishes. There are 5 bar/ restaurants within 5 miles of the house if you don't want to cook. We also have a small gass grill if you are in the mood. We have both a K cup machine and a regular coffee pot with filters. Our water is great tasting. The dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave are all new. A new large washer and dryer were just placed so that there is no need to bring home dirty clothes!

2 Kayaks and life jackets are in the garage. Bocce Ball available for some family fun competition! We also have 4 lounge chairs for outside naps.

Hair dryer, curling iron and ironing board available to lighten your packing load.

Portable outdoor Bluetooth speaker to stream your music from your phone. TV has Amazon Prime only. WiFi available. Feel free to bring your personal streaming device. There is a CD player and DVD player as well.

A public beach on the lake is available 2 miles away. A private beach with kids play equipment is a 1/2 mile walk from the house. We can also arrange for you to use the Associations swimming pools. Pickle Ball and Tennis Courts available. We would just need to purchase passes for you.

Beach towels, bathroom towels and all sheets are included. All paper products, paper towel, tissues and toilet paper are tucked into the upstairs closet.

If you are into golf, the prestigious Sand Valley golf course is 4 miles away. Lake Arrowhead Association also has two beautiful courses right on property. There is a miniture golf course for the little ones with ice cream too! The miniture course is 2 miles away. The Town of Rome has a very nice Splash Pad.

All sheets, blankets, top comforters and pillow protectors washed between each arrival.
