「Parking was fine, bar was OK. We were furious to learn, on checking in, that breakfast could not be served until 9.30am (on a Monday?..come on!). We had to be on our way by 7.30. This was totally unacceptable, as this information was not provided in the booking details. The best resolve we could get was a 20% discount on the evening meal. (Whilst the breakfast was noted as 'free' in the booking details, we know the cost is obviously included in the cost of the room).」

「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」

「Room was tidied every day, most of the staff were very helpful. There is plenty of parking round back of hotel if you can get a spot.. we were lucky. Personally I think you should get breakfast or lunch or evening meal in with the price otherwise it gets a bit expensive」
