「It’s a proper old fashioned seaside hotel. Plenty of places to sit and chat and eat and drink. Friendly staff. The hotel is quite old so do not have plugs by the bed so if you need that for charging phones (or cpap machines) then bring an extension cord 😊 I was a solo traveller with a dog and people could not have been nicer. I can’t wait to return 👏」

「My second stay here and the experience both times has been very similar. It is a stunning building in beautiful grounds. Some of the staff are really nice but some really couldn't care less. On this trip the gentleman on breakfast just barked "room number" when I approached. He didn't offer me any tea or coffee either - although I heard him offer someone else some. Maybe he forgot or maybe he didn't like the look of me. I also had a problem with the automatic blinds. They are remote control -...

「A very comfortable stay in a clean, spacious, beautifully furnished room. Super comfy bed, great bathroom facilities and A/C option. Full English cooked breakfast, coffee, tea and juices. Staff are so pleasant, helpful and polite. Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, plenty of parking too. 」
