「I got scammed by the hotel. I booked and it was confirmed, I paid, when calling for directions the reception said it was full and there was nothing they could do and that I must contact customer services for a refund. Customer services rejected the refund request 」

「Lovely cottage, accurate listing description and pictures. Clean, comfortable and private. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town center for shopping, groceries and restaurants. Wonderful host. Highly recommend.」

「When we arrived we had no instructions on how to enter the property. We tried to contact the host but were unable to.」

「Excellent few days staying at La Cotte in Franschhoek. Highly recommend and great experience overall.」

「Peter basically blew us off and would not give us access to the property so even after having live telephone conversations about the situation we were left with having to make last minute alternative accommodations. And then it took multiple phone calls to VRBO to get a refund. Very frustrating.」
