    Community Pool & docks are open. This unit comes with access to 1 slip and to the community pool.
    This unit has 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms + extra room with tv& game console that will sleep and additional guest on the twin bed along with sleeper sofa & sleeper chair in the living area so everyone can spread out and have a comfortable space to relax at the end of the day.
    Sleeps up to 7 guests, offers amazing views of the river, and the location doesn't get much better! This unit has access to a community boat slip where you can easily access the water and be out on the Gulf in no time.
    Modern amenities include
    wall to wall sliders leading out to the balcony & back lit mirrors in both bathrooms. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.
