"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Das Objekt war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir bekamen einige nützliche Tipps! Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war perfekt! Der Duscheinstieg war sehr eng und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre sinnvoll. Der Handyempfang war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. "

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sie hat ein Wespennest entfernt, wir konnten unsere E-Bikes einschließen und laden, am Abreisetag hat es geregnet, Sie hat Ihr Carport für uns frei gemacht damit wir trocken einladen konnten und unsere Wäsche in Ihrem Trocker getocknet. "We had such a wonderful time in and around Wangen which is very beautiful. Johanna was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome on arrival and kindly left us a bottle of wine. She even brought along a friend to translate both on the day we arrived and when we left which was very thoughtful and it really helped (thank you to Ivan too!) Her apartment is gorgeous, so clean with great facilities and it even has automatic blackout blinds which kept it lovely and cool during the day as it was...
