Next to the highway

Conveniently located next to the highway, clean, comfortable rooms, very amicable service. Not the best option if you are looking for a romantic getaway but good value for money for a short stop-over.

The staff at front desk is friendly. The guestroom is clean. Free WIFI is offered. There is a restaurant in the hotel. McDonald is also located beside the hotel. By foot, it may be 20-minute walk to reach Steenwijk train station. If you like running, Giethoorn is about 8km away from the hotel.

Fijne, ruime kamer. Badkamer wat verouderd, maar met een heerlijk bad. Schoon. Uitzicht op de mooie tuin. Genoeg ruimte om de kleding op te hangen en spullen op te bergen. Heerlijk ontbijt. Behulpzaam personeel. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vlakbij de snelweg. Om een minpuntje te noemen: wat te weinig tv-zenders. Als ik nog eens in de buurt moet overnachten zal ik zeker dit hotel weer boeken.

Beautiful Hotel beside the canal.

The Hotel needs a revamp. Carpets and flooring need attention. Otherwise staff polite and helpful. Beautiful surroundings beside the canal. When we were there the temperatures were 40 degrees. Unfortunately they are unprepared for these temperatures but gave us a small fan to assist.
