Top-floor views, renovated comfort, and a convenient location at the base of the mountain make this condo the perfect choice for an escape to Steamboat. You'll be within walking distance of the lifts, or you can hop on the free daytime shuttle bus to save your energy for the slopes. The private deck offers an ideal vantage point for enjoying the surrounding views of Yampa Valley, along with southwest-facing sunset views. An on-site fitness room is available for use during your stay, sauna and there are two hot tubs.

Yampa View 307 is a family-friendly condo with two traditional bedrooms featuring a convenient loft upstairs with additional sleeping accommodations, unparalleled mountain and valley views, and all the amenities you could need for a breezy and carefree stay. The condo's full kitchen boasts plenty of counter space and comes well-appointed for home cooking. Family meals can be shared at the brand-new dining table. A gas fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for casual downtime in the living room. A shared washer/dryer within the complex adds another layer of convenience during your stay. There is also storage for clothes in both bedrooms and the loft area and all sleeping areas offer either fans and/or evaporative coolers for comfortable sleeping.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Ski shuttle details: Daytime only

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Steamboat Ski Trip

The condo was great and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking implements, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of games available to play. The shuttle to the ski area was a great addition, we thought we would have to walk to the bottom of the driveway to catch the free bus. We did have an issue with parking an additional car since there is only one spot available at the condo; we asked Vacasa where to park and were given the location for a free offsite lot but the car received a warning ticket for parking there.
