This thoughtfully maintained home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm. Just a short stroll from downtown Steamboat Springs, you'll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, and seasonal events without ever needing to get in the car.
Inside, you'll find a welcoming space that's been meticulously cared for as a full-time residence. The recently remodeled kitchen is a dream for home cooks, and with two separate office areas, working remotely has never been easier. Whether you're staying for a month or the whole season, this home provides the amenities and atmosphere to truly settle in.
*1 dog is allowed but must be on the leash anywhere outside of the home. The backyard is shared with the homeowners chiropractic business and so dogs need to be leashed if outside the home*

Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions .

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.
A $6500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Minimum age to book is 30. All guests must be above 30 unless they are children of the booking party.
Dog fee $150 per pet required. Max dogs 1.
**Please note: There is a long term renter in a basement apartment below the home. They have their own entrance so it is still a very private residence. The home owner runs a chiropractic business out of a carriage home at the back of the property and him & his wife live in an aparment above the office.**
