This newly renovated, top floor condo is 50 ft from the free bus line that will take you to the ski resort or downtown. We had a great visit to Steamboat and enjoyed our accommodations, it had everything we needed and then some. We were surprised though that there was no air conditioning which made it hard to relax and sleep, it was 87 degrees in the residence when we went to bed, there were fans but didn’t help much. Also when we arrived they were installing a new roof, we wish they would have advertised (no air conditioning)

Perfect stay for skiing

The location of the property was easy to find but the posting had no unit number, so we had to call the owner to find the place. The property is small but cozy. Walking distance from ski slope made it easy to go back and forth.

Cute place, just the right size for a couple. I bet it’s great in the winter. Warm and the ski bus stop is very close. A bit warm in the summer with no AC but totally doable. I’ll be back if I come back to Steamboat.

Steamy Stay in Steamboat

The good - clean, fresh remodel, comfortable size for 2, near enough to downtown, bus stop in parking lot if you don’t want to drive. The not-as-good - be aware there is no AC in the unit if staying in the summer. When we arrived at 3:30 the temperature was 89 degrees inside. It is a top-floor unit so heats up more in daytime than lower floors. Even with kitchen, bath, bedroom, and patio windows / door open with blinds and curtains open, and fans running it takes until about 1:00 AM for temps to drop into high 70’s. Comfortable until about 10:00 AM then heats back up. Also there are 3 flights of stairs to climb and carry things up and down. The parking area is a couple hundred or more feet away. So be prepared to have to carry things a decent distance, climb 3 flights of stairs, and in summer that the unit will be too hot for comfort between 10:00 AM and 1:00 AM in June - August. Otherwise great. Very clean. Very functional. Easy to find. Close enough to everything. A bit of a view from deck. We would stay there again.

Snowboard trip

Condo was perfect for our few days in Steamboat. Check in was easy. Nice to be just a few minutes away from the mountain. Others have commented on the bed being too firm but I thought it was great. Hot tub was also nice for sore muscles. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Steamboat Stay

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Communication was great, the location was easy to find and access. We were able to catch the bus to Steamboat from the parking lot. The condo was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Spot

This place has everything you could want or need! It was the perfect location. We used the free Steamboats Springs Transit all week. There is a bus stop right by the condo. A 5 minute ride will take you to the ski area and a 10 minute ride will take you downtown. We were sad to leave this morning, but we will definitely be back for another stay.

Stellar stay!

Great location, easy to find, ample parking. The condo was very clean, comfortable seating, updated and well supplied. Quiet neighborhood and the views from the windows were nice. Less than a mile from Steamboat Resort so we were able to walk to the 4th of July holiday activities up there. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Condo

After a difficult check-in process, (key pad on door not working and took awhile to reach property manager), we had an enjoyable three night stay. The unit was in a quiet complex with easy parking and only a few minutes drive into town. Everything we needed was provided by the owners and the furnishings were comfortable. Except the bed! Maybe the owners require an extra firm mattress but like many others, we found it to be incredibly difficult to sleep on. Would've been a five star review, in not for the bed.
