    Storm Meadows Slope-side Suite is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing ski-in and walk-out accommodations.



    This corner unit boasts epic ski area views, mountain retro design, brand new furniture, fixtures and finishes throughout, as well as convenient hot tub, sauna and ski locker access. The entry has 20 hooks and a nice size closet for coats, helmets, gloves and more plus a large bench to put on and store your boots under.



    The open living area retro motif is fused with mountain elements, highlighted by fabulous new flooring and a beautifully refinished wood beam. Kick back and relax on comfortable leather seating by the gas fireplace and take in the unbelievable views and/or the flat screen TV. There is a 4 game mini-arcade featuring Ms. Pac Man, Pac Man Plus, Dig Dug II, and Galaga, as well as some other games for your enjoyment.



    Behind the loveseat, is a round table, four chairs and 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, providing a great venue for dining, a beverage, game, puzzle or if you have to, a work station. Combined with high speed wifi, this makes the Storm Meadows Slope-side Suite a great remote working option.



    The open living area also includes the completely remodeled kitchen, featuring stunning quartz counter tops, brand new large and small appliances including a retro-style refrigerator and mountain-style wood cabinetry. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal.



    Both bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses. The master en suite offers a queen sized bed, closet and drawer storage and a private full bathroom with a walk in shower. The bunk room has large corner windows and amazing slope views, a queen over queen bunk bed and both closet and drawer storage. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway that has a tub/shower combo.



    There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Its resides in a large hallway closet that also provides more storage.



    Along with its amazing location and views, The Slope-side Suite offers a community hot tub, sauna, grills and a picnic table, a secured ski locker in the building for all of your gear, as well as a coin operated washer and dryer and free parking outside the building (one parking pass provided).



    During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near base area where you have access to other activities and plenty of kid friendly options, free concerts and movies.



    Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
