The house was very clean, and comfortable. Located close to town but not right in the madness. Lots of sleeping room and bathrooms. Hot tub worked great and was clean.

Dads and Sons Ski Trip

Great house for our group. We got a lot of snow the first day and they were there bright and early to clear the driveway. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would all recommend!

Perfect accommodations for our big family of 10

This house was perfect for our family of 10! The extra accommodations were so appreciated (extra large hot tub, beautiful-extra large couch in family room, large kitchen table for all 10 of us to sit together, large mud room for all of us to keep our ski gear and boots. Not to mention the snow plow every morning that plowed the driveway and the kind gentlemen that came to shovel off the decks. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property close to everything!

We shared this with two other families. Everyone including the kids loved it. There is plenty of room To spread out and the wrap around decks are nice. The views are gorgeous. This property is so nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. It’s close to everything and only takes 2-10 minutes to drive to all the fun places. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Steamboat House.

Great house, real wood fireplace, great kitchen and view of the slopes. Hot tub was amazing after a busy day on the mountain.

The house, for the most part, was wonderful to stay in.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. It was beautiful and clean. I emailed retreata to get help with some needed repairs like the kitchen faucet was falling off and the hot tub cover was sitting precariously and we didn’t want to be responsible if it fell one story to the ground. Also, we really needed help with wasps on the deck and in hot tub wood. We couldn’t use the deck and one child was stung. We missed sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful view. On checkout I told the agent about needed repairs

Great Getaway

Loved the multiple decks and screened in porches. Plenty of comfortable seating. If you need to have some time away from the group, there are options for seclusion, including a hammock. The interior is dated but well done. We would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Great house!

Everything was wonderful about this place - clean, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic views from a nice deck, great location... really an excellent vacation home. The ONLY thing that could have been improved upon was the beds. On the firm side for sure, and a little "slopey" - we slept with our heads where the feet go so that all the blood wouldn't rush to our eyeballs! They were "fine" and we slept well, and we'd still highly recommend this place unless you are a fussy sleeper.

Great stay in Steamboat

We had a nice stay at the house in Steamboat. House had plenty of space and was very clean. It does need a bit of TLC in some places but overall a great place and so close to everything. Thanks again!

Relaxing Property

The house is located in a neighborhood with beautiful views. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms; and a large living room to accommodate several guests. Enjoy your stay. We did.

The house was perfect for our needs. It is in a normal neighborhood, but very quiet and close to everything in the area. Overall, just what we thought we were getting. Very relaxing.

Wonderful Steamboat Springs Getaway

Wonderful location and property. Beautifully decorated and outfitted roomy house within easy driving distance to downtown and nearby locations. Late September stay was gorgeous -- aspens and cottonwoods were amazing! Highly recommended!

This is a lovely property but not quite as advertised. We were happy with all of the room, the decks, the well-equipped kitchen, the wonderful hot tub. However, the two queen beds were really double beds. The one upstairs was horrible. Our son said that it was like a 17th century mattress stuffed with straw. So their 13 year old slept in it, and they moved downstairs to the twin beds which squeaked every time you turned over.

Extended Ski Weekend Retreat

Spacious home close to slopes and downtown. Spectacular views of the mountain. Shuttle service was easy to use. I would suggest an APP instead of a website, as many times we were on the go and needed to book the shuttle. Very neat and clean (ceiling fans could use dusting for allergies). Would highly recommend this home for comfort & location!
