Ssuberkeit: Zimmerboden wirkte nicht sauber und war auch nicht komplett gesaugt. Zimmer und Boden wurden während des mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, ebensowenig die Handtücher gewechselt.
Betzwäsche und Bad incl. Handtücher waren sauber, ebenso der Gemeinschafts-/ Frühstücksbereich."
