「We had so much fun staying here. The downtown area is safe and has a lot to offer. Great food and shopping. There was even a street party while we were there!」

「This was the perfect location for our visit to Statesboro. Close to the Georgia Southern University campus and to downtown restaurants.The property is well-maintained, clean and comfortable.」

「We've stayed at this specific property multiple times (maybe 4 now) and will again. Very easy people to work with and the apartment is always clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic.」

「The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.」

「Overall pleased with the property. Good alternative to Statesboro hotels when you need more than one guest room. One item to be aware of is that residents within the property do not keep the atrium door locked (I locked it on multiple occasions to return to the door unlocked) - we did not have any issues but just know that the front door may be your only line of security.」
