Note: Our property is located near Heavenly`s Stagecoach Lift and offers convenient access for ski enthusiasts. On a typical day, it’s just a short, easy 6-minute walk to the lift. During big snow days or in a heavy snow year, you can even ski back to the property along the side of the road, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that this route may not be suitable for beginner skiers, as it requires some confidence on skis. Whether you`re walking or skiing, you`ll love the close proximity to the slopes!

THERE ARE SEVERAL FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO CLIMB BEFORE YOU REACH THE FRONT DOOR (See photos). We do not offer same-day refunds because someone in your party cannot climb the stairs. This is a wonderful, well thought out space, fully equipped with supplies and everything you could possibly need during your time in Tahoe and we will take great care of you once you reach the top of the stairway to our Heavenly condo. We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

● Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more!

● During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

● Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
