「Very comfortable stay. The hotel’s location in the stadium mall is perfect for shopping, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I noticed a slight cigarette smell in my bathroom, but it appears to have been coming from an adjacent room rather than being a hotel issue. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay again.」

「ビジネスセンターのＰＣから無料のインターネット利用が可能とのことであったが、3泊4日の滞在の間2日間は接続の問題とのことで利用不可能であった。公共交通機関での移動が困難？な街で多くの観光名所等へ無料のシャトルが利用でき非常に重宝した。安全の為ホテル敷地全体が塀で囲われていて、昼夜を問わず出入り毎にセキュリティスタッフに対応してもらう必要があり、これに日本では想像できないほど手間暇！が掛りイライラすることが度々であった。」

「トランジットのため宿泊しました。ヨハネスブルグ空港から車で約３０分。フード・コートの多数入ったショッピング・モールに隣接し、大変便利。部屋は狭いが清潔。おすすめします。空港からの送迎を依頼したところ、提携旅行会社を紹介されました。」

「場所を誤ったと思います。夜間の廊下や周辺の騒音がひどく寝られませんでした。 そして貴重品の金庫とクーラーは故障、友人の部屋はケトルが故障していてそのまま･･。水も用意されておらず、コーヒーの水を頼んだらレストランにもらいに行ってくれとの返事でした。」

「This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.」
