Avoid this property at all costs. We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible. Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

Regent is located 15 minutes walk from old market square,on the way to the square you can visit Wawel castle. We could choose variety of restaurants. The hotel offers buffet breakfast for free. The staffs are very helpful for arranging trip to the salt mine. We recommend this pretty hotel.
