「Best VRBO experience of all time. The house was even better than described/pictured. Located in a leafy and quiet subdivision, it was the perfect location for walking, biking, golfing, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Interiors were modern, visually appealing, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved sitting on the covered porch in the evenings and watching the fireflies. The host was quick to respond and provided everything needed for us to enjoy our stay. We will be back!」

「Very clean!!! Great location!!!」

「Highly recommend. Amenities were spectacular.」

「This townhouse was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and amenities were well-stocked, so we didn’t have to run out for anything. Tucked away in a quiet location, it gave us the perfect peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!」

「Family-friendly and clean! Excellent location and wonderful host!」

「Awesome experience from booking through departure! Carla's communication was clear and timely. Check in was super easy and the property immaculate. I would definitely recommend! I know we'll be back!」

「Second time staying and we’ll be back! Thanks」

「Excellent property. Rooms were clean and my son loved the game room! Communication was excellent with Ryan. We will definitely stay again if we need a place in State College.」

「Amazing home! So incredibly clean and organized. The house has EVERYTHING you could need for a stay in State College. Check-in and check-out is flawless and directions/guides printed out within the home are so helpful. Excellent place to stay for a family of 4-6.」

「The space was as described. There was toilet paper and paper towels provided as well as kitchen basics although no fresh sponge. The house has the feel that no one lives there regularly - it is musty and damp (even with the central ac). It probably works well for a game weekend stay. I would not recommend this house for anyone with fragrance or mold sensitivities. The bedding and towels are highly scented and the place smells musty.」

「It was close to campus and clean. The upstairs shower was great! Host was very friendly and attentive when needed assistance.」

「The home was very clean and had a lot of beds. The coffee set up was very nice. The owner is going through a health crisis, and neighbors came together to set up her house for rentals to help her through a difficult time. What a heartwarming act of kindness. Best wishes!」

「Very clean and nice property. Loved how close it was to the university. 」

「We greatly enjoyed our stay! Everything exceeded our expectations & we would definitely stay here again & recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!」

「Great getaway!」

「The house pictured was not the house that we rented. It was similar. There was a overpowering smell in the entire downstairs along with no A/C downstairs with portable A/C units in the bedrooms. The beds were the only bright spot(they seemed brand new). No tv’s in the bedrooms either. Had to leave a day early because of the smell. Tenting the house helped us out of a desperate situation but probably would not go back.」

「Great place, great location!」
