THON Alumni weekend trip

I loved staying in this quaint house tucked away in State College. In a small neighborhood, the house had everything as advertised and more. The check in process was super easy, all appliances were up to date, and the area in the basement was a great small hangout spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt like at home in this house, the neighborhood is quiet, the house was clean and well equipped for cold weather. The location allows to drive to downtown or airport easily and fast. The host was educated and attended our calls immediately We hope to have the opportunity to return to this same place in future travel to State College

Quiet and comfortable family home

We felt that the location was perfectly situated in a quiet little community that we never knew existed. The house was well appointed with everything that we needed for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. It was very relaxing to sit out back in the chairs and read. Parking was a breeze directly in front and off of the road. The snacks were a hit too! I would highly recommend this home for a rental.

Worth a Second Stay

This is our second stay at this home in the last year while visiting State College. The location in proximity to Penn State and a large variety of restaurants is a short drive (8 mins or less) and very convenient. This home has everything we need to have a relaxing stay: fully stocked kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, multiple rooms for relaxing/unwinding and located along a walking path for exercise. Should we plan another trip in the near future this will be the first place we check for availability. Thank you for sharing your home with us again.

We were attending a wedding at State College and this place was our "home away from home". It was very comfortable and convenient for getting around town. The neighborhood is quiet. It is also close to restaurants and a Wegmann's.

Great place close to campus

Had a great weekend with a few friends. There were 5 of us and the space was plenty big for that. There was an issue with the original listing but it was rectified quickly by the owners. Thanks for a great stay
