「What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

「Highly recommend. Amenities were spectacular.」

「This house was wonderful. The bathrooms felt like a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The TV had all the streaming channels. It was a great stay!!!」

「This is a wonderful property…very clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We were impressed!」

「We rated our stay here all with "excellent" designations, not simply to move through the responses quickly, but to show genuine appreciation for every aspect of the home and its amenities. Everything was truly excellent!」

「Very easy process to check in and out. Instant responses from the host. Cozy home was more room than squeezing into a hotel room and it saved us money! Location is perfect! Quick car ride to campus. Uber Eats deliveries were so quick too. 」

「Spacious, the kids loved the game room, it was a nice quiet neighborhood with multiple parks with playgrounds really close by.」
