Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it.

Simply stunning apartment and the balcony is the icing on the cake. Beautiful decor and really spacious.
Some frustrating miscommunication resulted in me being directed to a different apartment (with lots of luggage) - but once I finally got to this apartment is was wonderful.
