" The hot tub is Very new but if your not familiar with hot tubs Doing the self test is easy How to interpret and add the chemicals is different But the hot tub Manuel was avail on lineWe did not use the utv as there was No rain for the entire week We felt we needed to be back by nightfall as the dirt rocky road is tricky my outback had no problem But if it did rain and there was more road erosion the utv would have to be used the dish washer did not work and was filled with dirty...

"Clean rooms, plentiful amenities (blankets, towels, cookware), hosts were very responsive and friendly. We visited in the middle of winter with plenty of snow, so we were a bit limited with on-site activities. Jim met us at the door and gave us an informative walk through of the property. It was cozy and the exact esthetic we were looking for. Before we left on our departure date, Tracy gave us a tour of their farm, including their ducks, goats, 2 horses and 1 mule. Everything was lovely and we cant wait to visit again in the spring / summer! 10/10"

Our stay was fantastic, thanks in large part to Delanie, who was an incredible and accommodating host; her daily breakfasts were easily the highlight of our trip! The rooms are nicely decorated & clean and the bathrooms are impressively spacious. We’re already looking forward to returning this summer to see the grounds in full bloom."

"Our cabin was spotlessly clean, welcoming and warm. (We were in the midst of a snow storm, where over 8 inches accumulated.) The host was easily accessible to answer any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and serving pieces. Had an amazing time with family! 5 stars!!!!!!"
