"First, staff was amazing! They were genuinely concerned and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was happy and willing to assist. We had to change rooms the first night and the difference between them was huge. The first room was not as nice as the pictures show but the second was well worth it. It was bright and spacious and was much better for us. The property didn't have an elevator and I wish I had known that ahead of time. The breakfast served wasn't great but we only tried it once. Overall, we enjoyed our time and wouldn't be opposed to staying there again."
