The studio is located in a detached house built in 1980, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the courtyard and its quiet location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 500 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. Vlasnica apartmana, nas domacin, ...

Vlasnica apartmana, nas domacin, nas je izuzetno lepo primio i imali smo izuzetan tretman - od saveta sta videti, na koje plaze ici, preko lepog, cistog i lepo opremljenog apartmana na stvarnih nekoliko minuta od predivne plaze, dobrih prodavnica i restorana. Pores toga, imali smo srecu biti na koncertima poznatih pevaca (npr. Petar Graso) kao i drugih i to na gradskom trgu.
