"This vacation home was perfect for our group of 8. It’s much larger than it appears fromthe street. We were 3 couples and 2 singles and each bedroom had access to its own bathroom which was great for getting ready. The steam shower was amazing after long days. The kitchen was a perfect gathering spot. More seating in the upstairs living was accomplished by moving the recliner in from the playroom. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were within a half an hour to Red Rocks and even walking distance to restaurants. Great location, very convenient to everything we needed. The home was clean? Very functional, and had everything we needed, even coffee! Having laundry facilities in the home was very helpful. Communication with the host was always prompt and easy. We appreciate all that went into making this home comfortable and functional for a big group. We all agreed we would love to stay here again when we return for our annual gathering next year!"
