"perfect hotel for me. i travel up once a month and this is now my goto hotel. i have tried many others. price is good if booked in advance, staff are very friendly approachable and helpful. rooms are clean and to a high standard. bar and restaraunt are great. again friendly staff. menu is basic, im getting a bit bored of it. parking is hit and miss. i have not had an issue but i have seen many others struggling. worht booking in advance through the hotel if you can. there is a gym which i will use one day. it looks like it has all the things a gymer (fit person) might want to use. room was quiet and easy to control temperature with little noise. you can get a little jug of milk from reception for your tea if you like. highly recomend this hotel."

"Bed was comfy, room was okay. sofa was a bit gruby looking, bathroom a bit tired. shower was pretty weak. air conditioning was very loud. had to turn it off, so the room was stuffy. breakfast was good. evening meal was nice. staff were friendly. plenty of parking. lots of seating and tables in the lobby and dining area. outside tables and seating area was good. overall good but the rooms are a bit tired."

"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, it offers itself to be a comfortable hotel for affordable prices. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. However the general maintenance of the room was poor, (cracks and dents in the wall). Also there was an issue with the plumbing, either an air bubble or too much pressure as the taps would groan and open every 10 minutes or so between 9pm and 11pm."

"Perfect location for the terminal. Car park was completely full so I wouldn’t rely on getting a space (maybe try the Green multi story car park next door). Very quiet room overlooking the lobby bar. Very quick check in & check out with pleasant staff."

"I purposely booked the room with air conditioning as travelling on a hot day 26/27 May. On the hottest day in the UK, the air con at the hotel was faulty. I heard the staff say there was a maintenance happening on site. Well, stuck in a room, where the entire floor has no cool air conditioning, you guess how unpleasant that was. Room 264, the air-con control unit was faulty. It turned itself off every 20 minutes after manually restarting. Got changed to room 261, where the control unit worked but there were no cool air, just air circulation. Sleep was not happening…"

"Staff on reception were rude very cold welcome. Room was backed onto loading bay and staff entrance. Foxes in the bins throughout the night then a man at 5:30am decided to drag trolleys about and start to clean up the rubbish. Struggling to see the bins for rubbish. Food was not great. Hate leaving bad reviews however this one was awful and a real lack of management"
