"I loved everything about the property. Everything was well-maintained, clean both in the lobby and the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Next time I return, I will stay at the same Element Iowa hotel. 100% recommended."

"I had an emergency and ask to cancel, they staff was not helpful at all I was even willing to come a different day just to use the day I had reserved. Not helpful at all! Said a manager would call me of course nobody called."

"Es un hotel que para su precio deja mucho que desear. La habitación no la limpian, solo recogen las toallas y dejan nuevas. El olor en los pasillos es desagradable. El extractor del baño tenia un ruido excesito. El agua salia turbia. En el lavamanos el agua no bajaba propiamente. Sonaba como si hubiera un liqueo en el segundo piso. La basura permanecio alli 3 dia, tuve que sacar el zafacon para que se la lllevaran. Lo que si tiene es que es de facil asceso muy bien posicionado y que cuenta con estacionamiento. No lo recomendaria para estancias largas como la mia que fue de una semana, pero si lo que deseas es dormir una noche puede ser una opción."
