"Rooms were dated and maid service was not very good. Most of the staff were professional and friendly. Beds were medium. The best feature by far was the two huge hot tubs outside. Really nice with a great view. Our view from the room was nice as well. Location is a mile or two from the main downtown area. parking was pretty good."

"This was such a cute place near Lake Louise. It is not in Lake Louise so still need a shuttle to the lake but we just love the charm of this place. Just feels like you are part of the mountains. The bed was comfortable; clean; and atmosphere was so perfect! I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again."

"Room was lovely, modern and quiet. Breakfast was ok, but lots of options, they offered us a deal for $10. Staff were lovely and friendly. Pool/hot tub looked nice, but we didn't use it. Overall a great hotel, one of our favourite mid-priced hotels in the area."

"My sister and I had an excellent time at hidden ridge resort. Very cozy and relaxing place that is close enough to downtown but also far enough away that its very quiet. We had an excellent stay however it is quite expensive I feel for what your getting."
