There was no cups in the serviced apartment. The apartment floor was not vacuumed or very clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

My only complaint about this hotel is the non working lift and the bottleneck at reception on the Mezzanine level. Took so long for the one working lift, right near the reception desk. This is also right near the breakfast area. Very congested and uncomfortable. The hotel and staff were wonderful. I think fixing the elevators should be a priority.
