Our trip for my daughter‘s birthday was a disaster unprofessionalism from the staff and shortage of towels at the room and at the pool area. Pool area was poorly maintained no heat provided it was a total disaster.

Viana Hotel and Spa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
The staff was friendly. The spa was quaint and the massage was excellent. The jacuzzi was not functioning and there were no robes in the room. Over all the we had a nice one night stay. They comped a free dunk at the bar. I recommend having other food options or opening the restaurant earlier.
