"Very dirty property. Staff was pleasant. Food is good. But overall other places are much better. "

"The skier express was not working for the majority of our stay. We did not receive an invoice prior to leaving the property because the system was down. I still have not received an invoice despite two phone calls. We stayed in the Plaza building. There were times during our stay that only one elevator was working. Generally, staff were pleasant. There were problems with facility maintenance. "

"The convenience of being right next to Stagecoach chairlift can't be beat! We had a group of high-schoolers with us and they could ski (or not) as they wanted. The loft area was great for them to hang out. The dining and living room area was nice for us to all be together at meal times.There are a lot of stairs to go up and down, and if you're coming with more than one car be sure to clarify with the owner how/where you will park the second vehicle. There were a few minor and easily fixed issues with the place (e.g. not enough silverware), but those didn't get in the way of a great week skiing and spending time together!"

"Size of condo was very good and good contents such as full kitchen and washer/dryer (which is unusual and very welcome) but property feels old and a little remote (no staff on site) "

"Fantastic house for a ski trip. True ski in ski out. Tons of sleeping room (we slept 12 comfortably in beds). Really cool downstairs bar/pool room to hang out in together. Brandi was a really great host and was incredibly responsive. We had a massive storm roll in the day we arrived with 40 inches of snow overnight, we had lots of questions about getting to the house in lieu of this and she always got back to me within 10-15 minutes. Also had someone to the house twice while we were there to clear snow. "

"Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation."
