Eveready Paradise Villa, Stafford is a 10,411 Sq. Ft. two-story home in Summerwood with gorgeous, stamped concrete patio that continues to the sidewalk leading to the covered porch. As you enter the home, guests are greeted in the foyer with the beautiful hardwood flooring throughout most of the main level. Off the foyer are a formal living rooms and two dining areas. This property also has a tile flooring kitchen with an island, beautiful backsplash, black stainless-steel appliances and updated solid wood cabinets with soft close drawers. Off the kitchen is another huge family room with gas fireplace.
On the upper level are very spacious 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite bath with a soaker tub. There are 3 additional large bedrooms and a full bath on the upper level. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Stafford Family Home

Both sets of grandparents decided we wanted to visit our kids and grandkids and found this house to be perfect for our extended family. The home was extremely clean and had all necessary amenities for large family dinners. The home was spacious and the deck was perfect to let our 1 1/12 year old run around on. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and the beds were comfortable. Our host was gracious and communicated with us immediately...he even left us a bottle of wine, which was appreciated after a long day of traveling. We would definitely be back.

Problems

Overall it was good. The bathroom sink on the main floor was barely working. The swing outside was torn so unable to use. Overall this was our first Vrbo experience and it was good. Definitely better than staying in a hotel for a whole week. Thank you for the bottle of wine, snacks and note.

Quiet & Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. Was in town for our Son's Marine graduation from The Basic School. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Host was prompt on answering a question regarding the hot tub. The only thing I would recommend would be more cereal bowls & drinking glasses as our group did use ted solo cups for both. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic Neighborhood

We absolutely loved everything about this property, from the picturesque neighborhood to all the amenities close by. Our hosts welcomed us with a thoughtful gift and welcoming words. Our favorite place was the awesome open kitchen and family area downstairs. Perfect for our family and a definite 2x thumbs up.

Family visit

The house was clean and spacious. My adult children and their partners, as well as family friend never felt crowded. The kitchen was large and included appliances not typically at other places we have stayed such as crock pot, instapot, and a good assortment of pots and pans. I would definitely book again next time my children are all back home to visit.

Wonderful stay

Quick, easy communication with owner. House well stocked with towels…also paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent. Nice cookware. Clean home with large rooms for everyone to gather. Lovely deck in the back that was shaded nicely in the afternoon.

The home is exactly as described. The snacks and drinks in the fridge were very much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here there is grocery store and everything you could possibly need near by. Very clean and well maintained

Excellent location and property

Lovely and spacious home.

My family and I visited Virginia for a retirement ceremony. We booked this home through VRBO and it was wonderful. The home had enough space to allow my family to feel comfortable. I would definitely book again while I'm in Virginia.

Family Weekend Getaway

We selected this property due to the number of bedrooms and space, and I'm glad we did. The weekend we traveled ended up cooler and wetter than we originally expected, so the space allowed us and our children plenty of room to work and play. The large television in one of the rooms was perfect to hook up our video game system for family games. The master bedroom had plenty of space to set up our 1-year old's pack-n-play, allowing him his space, while still close to us. The neighborhood seemed quiet, and those we interacted it were friendly. The home is back in a residential neighborhood, so there are a few turns to get to it, but you don't have highway noise as you may with a hotel. It would be great if the shopping (e.g., grocery stores) were a little closer, but there are some within a 15-20 minute drive. A Dollar General is about 5-10 minutes away for quick items.

Nothing working

Nothing working! We were very excited as the property shows well and the amenities were what we were looking for. Communication with Alexander over text was fine in person was threatening we were two women traveling alone with my son he entered the property without our knowledge. He knew prior to our arrival that his fridge raider was not working nor his air conditioner as he had pre-scheduled repairs for both to be done on the last day of our stay which he never mentioned day one I called him to let him know that the hot tub was dirty and needed water that’s when he let me know that the fridge raider in the kitchen which we had already unloaded all of our groceries into was not working and that we needed to use the fridge raider in the garage where we then moved all of our food out to the garage to find that fridge was not working either. We called and let him know that we were disappointed as if he would have alerted us we would’ve not gone grocery shopping and had been prepared with ice or some other means of keeping our food cold. The following day he showed up with two young men and a new fridge raider while we were in DC I was not aware that he was there but happy nonetheless that it was being resolved in the fridge raider was going to be available for our stay as well the hot tub was going to be cleaned and water filled, upon arrival arrival the house was cold I let him know that when we turned off the unit it kept running and the place was no longer cold but very hot running 85 in doors he snapped at me that it was cold when I got there right the following day he was there with the handyman the handyman told us that he had to replace a part it appeared he knew that wasn’t working as well. By me asking that these things be fixed has caused myself to be in danger with this gentleman as he came at me aggressively in front of the house because I sent text messages asking him to fix what was not working my sister who is a nurse and a social worker had to come outside to protect me as well as his handyman who also thought it was outrageous the way we were being treated he himself offered himself if we should have any more problems I was so appreciative of this gentleman ladies be careful this is not a property owner that you want to tangle with.

Fantastic!!

Place was fantastic only real down fall was there were no baking pans in the kitchen so I had to get throw away ones from the dollar general down the street! Would def stay again and recommend to others.
