"Loved the house and location but you really NEED to put a notification in the listing that the water from the faucet is not drinkable! It is pumped in from the lake. The only place that I found that told this, was in the booklet about the rules of the house. You did however supply a gallon of water in the frig. Thanks for that! I would have been prepared for no drinkable water if I had known in advance by bringing more water or my backpacking filter! There NEEDS to be a sign by the faucets saying nonpotable water! The house was fantastic, clean, well stocked and with awesome sunsets!! I hope to return again!"

"Clean, quiet, and everything we needed! David was also very responsive to the couple of questions I had the first night. Came into town with a friend to hike in Baxter and this was a great place to relax and recuperate. Close enough to any gas stations, grocery stores or restaurants you may need. Awesome overall."
