1 bedroom, 2 bath condo, just steps away from Sapphire Beach, one of the most pristine beaches on St. Thomas. Upper level unit at Sapphire Bay West (Crystal Cove) that can sleep up to six guests. Includes central a/c, washer/dryer and all the essentials. Amazing snorkeling, water sports, 5 restaurants on the property, live music, tennis courts, pool and other amenities just a short walk away. This is a gated community that is conveniently located 5 min from grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, the St. John ferry and more.

THE SPACE
This unit has a master bedroom and bathroom with a king sized bed, television, and ample storage space so you can unpack, unwind, and feel at home. There are two murphy beds and pull out sofa in the living room for the rest of the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials to prepare and enjoy a meal at home.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the property, pool, and tennis courts, along with access to all of the bars and restaurants on Sapphire Beach.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We do our best to honor the planet and the limited resources that we have on our little island. Please turn the AC to 78 degrees or warmer when you leave the condo. When you are relaxing in the condo, please keep the AC set at 72 or warmer to prevent the unit from shutting down. Also, please do your best to conserve water, as that is a very limited resource on the island.
Island wide power outages can occur, and usually the power is only out for a short time. So please be patient, and feel free to let us know if there are any issues.

Very nice Condo situated with a great view! Nicely decorated, the host was great to communicate with and responsive to questions. The grounds are well kept and convenient food options right there in Crystal Cove. Would stay here again, everything was ideal for our girls trip stay of 7 nights. Amazing view says it all.

Great stay! The room had everything we needed and was big enough to comfortably fit 6 people. Super close to the beach, food, the bar, and coffee! Adam was very responsive and supplied the room with extra towels and necessities for our stay!

The property was very convenient to the ocean and a few restaurants. The Murphy beds and sofa sleeper were extremely helpful to ensure adequate bedding for the family. The washer and drier in the unit were also a bonus feature to allow us to have clean beach towels each day. The water was turned off twice during our week stay- unsure if this is the norm or just a timing issue but the water was back on both days within 12 hours. There were a few dead lizards in the unit upon arrival but lizards are very common in the area. Great unit with easy access to the beach that met all of our needs!

The location was great, 150 yd walk to the beach & great view.Condo had plenty of water accessories & 5 chairs available everyday.Expect to taxi to the market which is only a couple miles- do not do any grocery delivery service, crazy expensive.Power went out a couple nights for a couple hrs. but overall great stay, location & mostly everything you need

Beautiful villa right next to Sapphire Beach. Doesn’t get much better than this. Adam had everything you need to enjoy your vacation including games for the family, pool floats, snorkeling gear etc. The villa was immaculate and everything looks and feels new and clean. We loved it and can’t wait to book again next year! Huge bonus: Sapphire Beach Resort clears the seaweed daily by 10am so you can swim and enjoy!

The property and unit are first rate. Clean and tidy with easy access. My only complaint is that the check in instructions did not include the gate code for entry into the condo property and unfortunately the host was more than an hour to respond. Thankfully the folks at the gate were kind enough to let us in the one time. Also, there were no check out instructions and I could not get the host to answer (tho I was messaging from a different device linked to the reservation) about the check out procedures within the condo. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay and enjoyed the many amenities provided!

Clean and Comfortable

This was a nice place to stay on St Thomas in Sapphire Bay. The unit was clean and comfortable and steps from the beach. It had some beach toys and plenty of towels. There are a few restaurants/bars near the beach too.This was our first time staying on St Thomas having previously gone straight to St John and there were some great places to check out like Megans Bay and Secret Harbor. We didn't realize even though Sapphire is very close to Red Hook you can't walk there because the road has no shoulder. Red Hook has some good restaurants but also a port town vibe.The two twin murphy beds were clutch so our kids had their own beds, they did get a lot of bites sleeping there though. The master bed was nice as was the spaciousness of the master bedroom.Beach was nice for swimming and snorkling and playing. Maybe we are used to chill and relaxed Hawaii but thought it was funny the Sapphire bay restaurants blast loud music at the beach, definetely put out more of a party vibe than we were looking for.Wifi was spotty, we had cell coverage so not a huge deal but the TV would not work often because of the WiFi.

Very clean and well appointed. Apartment had all we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and AC worked, and Adam was responsive and supportive when we had an issue. Crystal Cove, was conveniently located to red hook. On the other hand, the pool was not ideal for a beach stay (tucked away in the parking lot), the beach bar was convenient but far from the best drinks, and not the friendliest of staff. But all that said, it is a VRBO, maybe we shouldn’t have expected a resort like beach bar.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this little piece of paradise. We were able to travel everywhere we wanted to visit. Felt safe with just us ladies & would definitely stay again. The crystal cove pool was great. Not as good a view as Sapphires but we still walked over there and watched the sunrise.

Nice place!

My husband, sister and I stayed at Adam's condo for 3 nights. It was very nice. The kitchen was probably the best equipped vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. The beds were comfy and it was very quiet. The pool was lovely--and all three days we went there were only 2 other people there. The beach is about a 2 minute walk and is wide and sandy. The water was warm. A plus is there is a bar that also sells sandwiches and other snacks about 5 minutes down the beach. I definitely recommend that you stay here.

Our host/owner Adam was very responsive on communication with our booking and check in. The condo is equipped with all the necessities, swimming and snorkeling gear. It is a short walk to Sapphire Beach. There is a nearby restaurant/bar. Drivable to nearby restaurants and beaches.

Great time

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. It was a convenient location to the beach which has a beach bar and volley ball net, chairs and umbrellas. The beach bar food is delicious! I had the best fish tacos probably of all time. It is close to the grocery store to grab a few essentials to have at the house. We didn’t spend a lot of time here because we were out and about visiting friends and family but it was a great hub to get to where we needed to go. The place itself is clean, beds comfortable, enough space for the 4 of us to fit comfortably. Adam was very timely when I reached out with questions which was great. Would stay here again for sure!!

Great location, clean & modern

This was a fantastic stay! Everything you need and easy to navigate to the market, but best of all the beach is just right there out the door! Sapphire beach is a busy spot but never too many ppl on the beach. It’s a crystal blue beach with soft white sand. The condo was clean and lovely. Adam is a great host! Thank you!
