With 1 king bed, 1 murphy bed, 1 day bed (with twin trundle), and 1 sleeper sofa, there is room for the whole family! Utilize the fully stocked kitchen and washer/ dryer, if needed. Otherwise, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the four reataurants on property!

Awesome place right by the beach

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Check in and check out process was smooth, it’s a great location steps from the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Savannah was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Everything you need for a fantastic stay!

My family loved this property! The location is incredible, just steps to the beach and great snorkeling. The condo was super clean, well-stocked, and communication with Ed and his local property manager (Savannah) were great. My family already can’t wait to stay here again!

Another great stay

We have stayed here twice now and had a great time. The location is perfect. The recent upgrades to the exterior and windows adds a nice touch. Also the windows appear to be more sound proof (roosters) than before and made for a quieter stay. Ed is extremely quick to reply to any questions leading up to the trip and Savannah who is on island is quick to help with any issues that arise during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect and the hosts provide many amenities. We were also happily surprised to be greeting by the manager when we arrived. Everything was great and would definitely stay here again :)

We had a great time and experience here. Wonderful beach right down the way and easy parking. Savannah was so much help especially when checking in. Great space for all of us. Great location.

Great stay!

Location was perfect, only a few steps to a beautiful beach, very short drive to Red Hook for ferry, dining, and a market for groceries. Condo had plenty of room for a family of 5 to sleep and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows, AC worked great. Both Savannah and Ed were very responsive. Would stay again!

Lovely relaxing getaway

SEAbattical is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Every morning we could walk out the front door and go snorkeling. The beach was wonderful. Crystal clear waters, fish, and nicely sandy. It was not too busy. The condo was comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. The AC and dehumidifier kept things comfy. Couch and beds super comfy. Well maintained and clean. We hope to come back soon!

Great place!

Great place to stay! Very close to the beach. Condo was nice, could have been cleaner and a bit more updated, but has everything we needed and more. Plenty of space! Would definitely stay here again. Appreciate the responsiveness of the manager and owner for anything that was needed.

SAD TRAVEL AMAZING STAY

My family and I travel home for a funeral.even though this travel was for a sad moment .I was happy to book this location again. Savannah made the check in process very easy and she made us feel welcome. I would stay here again and recommend friends and family . Amazing views of the moonrise and sunrise.

What a great getaway!

We came to SEAbattical for Thanksgiving week with our two kids, age 13 and almost 16, and it was perfect! Plenty of room, and right by the beach. The hosts even sent over flowers for my daughter’s sweet 16 ❤️. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our first visit to the Island. It was awesome and was located next to everything. The beach is a one minute walk and the coffee shop, pizza place, bar and restaurant were great!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!!

Beautiful location in a nice condo

Sapphire beach was a beautiful place to stay. One of the cleaner, quieter beaches not overrun with cruise passengers. Great beach bar/restaurant and pizza place right there. Our family had a wonderful week. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including enough beds for our family of 5. Owners and property managers were very responsive to all of our questions and had great tips and advice on what to do and where to go. Highly recommend!

Clicking book was the best decision! Sapphire Beach is where you want to be. It is clean, quiet, and not flooded with cruise passengers. Great beach bar/coffee shop/restaurant all just within steps from the condo. Beach chairs are readily available and the condo owner/property manager were very responsive and extremely helpful. The marina is walking distance, a taxi stand is close, and Red Hook is nearby. There is also a reliable Jeep rental place, at your convenience. All in all, highly recommended!

Charming, Steps to Beach, Best Snorkeling

Everything you could possibly want is there. I loved the island charm, the pristine salt pool, the wildlife, and great snorkeling. This is an older unit but the owner has done a lot to make it comfortable. The owner is also very responsive to all our requests. We will return.

Beautiful Condo at Sapphire

The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Ed was kind and very responsive to us. When we arrived there was even a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge. I grew up in St. Thomas and when my husband and I go back we always stay at Sapphire or Crystal Cove. You cannot beat the location. You walk right out to a beautiful beach with snorkeling, a bar, pizza place, coffee shop and upscale restaurant. It truly has everything you need. We had a great time. Thank you Ed!

Feels like your own private beach!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. Loved waking up to the stunning scene out our window while sipping my morning coffee. And, the convenience of only walking a few minutes down a path to such a beautiful beach...its truly a gem! Bar, eats & restroom right on the beach. Special thanks for the welcome bottle of bubbly, it was my husbands B-day, a fabulous start to our vacation! Just a perfect location, whether day tripping to St. John, taking in the sights around other areas of St. Thomas or dining at restaurants in Red Hook we had a fabulous time.
