Nestled in Provence, this property is spectacular. The service is impeccable. Nearby Le Baux is very quaint and walkable from the property. The highlight of our vacation.
This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Cannot believe it is 5*. Our room was huge but completely basic. Black and white decor, with one or two tiny pictures otherwise vast white walls. The lighting was controlled by one switch - full glare white lighting or off. No bedside lighting or dimmer switches. Everything was tired and shabby - even the cheap wooden toilet seat. Bed unbelievably uncomfortable - very hard pillows. Tiny gym - 3 machines and no space for weights, stretching or even moving between the limited equipment. Unbelievably poor for a large hotel with a golf course. Worst of all a terrible smell of cooking everywhere - in the lobby, outside in the garden, in the corridors. This place isn’t cheap so don’t waste your money!
We are just after staying for 2 nights at the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, However was disappointed that breakfast is not included in the room rate considering the prices they charge for a room and the fact the property is not near any other breakfast options so have to have breakfast with them although selection was good price was a bit steep each
Beautifully situated hotel in a quiet environment with all facilities, large outside heated pool, spa with sauna, hammam, etc. The hotel and the grounds are very well maintained and the spacious rooms are in excellent condition. Extensive breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff, nothing is impossible.
Very tight parking spaces. Have to go outdoors to reach reception and restaurants from most rooms. Rooms airy but not cosy. Excellent gastronomic restaurant and breakfast quality

Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast 30eur for a very small buffet selection, too expensive.
Otherwise all good.

Staff was terrible. Zero room service. Awful service. Avoid
The bistrot has no availability to the guests, because the are always fully booked, for other than guests.
No service on the pool.
No food service at the bar before 14:30, so we are not able to eat there as the bistrot was fully booked.
two days having been elsewhere earlier. It's 'OK' very lux and comfortable. I am not sure I would return as its a golf hotel. Was very expensive and extras were especially highly-priced. We had three issues that were not resolved - a squeaking door near our room which kept us up all night for two nights. we were given a 30% discount off of one night, which was 'something'.
I’ll start with the room:
No cushions on the chairs outside. It was a lovely day, but there weren’t any comfortable chairs to sit on outside.
No blankets or extra pillows.
No floor lamps (I couldn’t see to read in the bedroom while sitting in the tiny chairs by the window).
One piece of tissue left in the dispenser.
No washcloths.
Hair conditioner in the shower but not the bathtub.
No toiletries to speak of (just some unsanitary cotton pads and Q-tips in a jar) and a small bottle of lotion.
A lid that we had to take off with our hands to dispose of trash in the bathroom.
A ridiculous and dysfunctional coffee and tea station. It looks like a shelf that slides out, but it is actually stationary. I tried to pull it out to make some tea and pulled the shelf off of its nails, and the whole thing came crashing down. Everything broke. Glass everywhere.
The tea kettle is so big it won’t fit under the tap. We had to fill it from the bathtub and the cord was so short it didn’t reach the outlet until we moved the table closer to it.
We ordered room service, and the food was really bad. Truly. There was no pepper sauce on my steak aux poivre, the fries were greasy and the shrimp entree was literally inedible.
Breakfast seemed like we were eating leftovers from brunch the previous day. The food was not fresh and the waitress in your glorious dining room seemed more concerned with setting up empty tables than actually waiting on the few of us who were there.
