Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend.
A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay.
We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air.
Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
WaterView corner condo, 2nd floor, on the island of Clearwater Beach. AMAZING water views from every window, including the balcony. King size bed in semi-private bedroom area and an upgraded queen size sofa sleeper in living room area. This studio is 405 square feet, but space is maximized to utilize every bit of it. It's just a 10-15 minute beachy sightseeing walk to the soft sands of Clearwater Beach. Secured FREE WiFi and a Smart TV for your Netflix viewing account. New owner is a verified Superhost.

ハウスルール

Pets Not Allowed due to severe allergies of owner. You'll lose your security deposit, be charged an extra $150 for cleaning; will be asked to leave.
Smoking is only allowed 20-ft from building. Smoking areas posted on property. Minimum fine of $100 for smoking inside the condo or on the balcony.
Unless arrangements were made, there will be a late checkout fee of $50 that begins at 10:05am, another $50 at 10:35am. Every 30 minutes is $50.

I thought this property was misrepresented. There was mold and rust in the shower, front door was beat up and not really all the way closed when shut cause you could see light so I poked a towel in the cracks so nothing could get in! There was mold in the refrigerator along the top of the seal. We didn’t sit on the sofa due to stains. Overall, the place is seriously dated.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing all the boats. The bed was really comfortable in the apartment. This location is in a close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We walked to many spots!

Pictures are deceiving

Check in was good. We were able to check in early so we didn’t have to cart our luggage around until 4pm. Thank you. We had an emergency at home and had to leave Saturday instead of Monday. I did ask for a one day refund and was unable to get it. No problem! I totally understand. This review has nothing to do with our leaving early. When we booked, I read so many “10” reviews. This is a more realistic review. The good: location was ok. About a 10 min walk to the beach.The bad: The place was far smaller than I imagined. I wish I could post my pictures and videos. Neither me or my wife could sit comfortably in the tiny kitchen/den. I’m 6’4” 210, she is 5’7” 130. Neither of us could sit comfortably on the tiny couch. The kitchen/den is no more than 12’x12’. The bathroom shower was also very small. The ceiling was 7’. I barely fit in the shower. The shower ceiling was moldy. The shower head sprayed sideways with low flow. The building is old and rundown. The balcony is in a row with every other balcony. Zero privacy. We were disappointed. Again, the owner/operator was nice. She was responsive to emails. She let us check in early. I just don’t understand how most of the other ratings were 10’s. Each to his or her own I guess. My advice is spend another 50 a night and book something more centrally located. Again, this has nothing to do with us leaving early. Just my honest review.

Exactly What We Needed

This property is exactly what we needed. It is small but, we didn’t need much. It was close to the beach without all the hustle and bustle. The Jolley Trolley was easy and convenient. There was a nice restaurant not far and so many things within walking distance. Also, working with Jessica was easy and she was so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

We had a great stay. The location I felt was perfect. Just far enough away from everything to be quiet and enjoy sitting on the patio watching boats in the Bay. But still close enough to walk to local restaurants and the beach.

Great long weekend

We were visiting friends in the area for a long weekend. Sadly it rained most of the time. That said the accommodations and location was perfect. Beautiful spot right on the marina. Plan on coming back when hopefully the weather is better. The local beaches look stunning.

A Sweet Surprise

Perfect place for our 3-night stay. We were in town for a wedding. Location was absolutely perfect, close to just about everything. Unit itself had all the amenities we could want and then some! Owner provided an awesome manual with how to get around to various beaches. We had a very pleasant stay!

Relaxing Stay

The condo was perfect for 2 people. The management was great. We had trouble getting into the condo but someone came immediately, put in a new code # and there were no other issues. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. We had a great time. Everything was in walking distance for us which we took advantage of! We would love to stay again in the future!!

Clearwater Beach Condo

Tiffany was a great host. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Uber rides were always minutes away when we wanted them. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Restful Retreat

Loved the location. Very quiet at night. Just a block away from great restaurants and shopping. Trolly ride away from the beaches. We loved the convenience of the access to Sand Key Beach which we found quieter than Clearwater Beach. But still easy access to CB if you wanted it. Van was great help with the smooth check in. Great space for 2 of us. Just enough kitchen and balcony was a nice space for coffee or a glass of wine. Clean, cute "beachy" decor. Was really nice to have the beach gear available. It was a great stay. We were very pleased.

Little Gem

Perfect for couple. Great view of Marina area. Quiet! Very clean and well appointed. Loved Tiffany who went out of her way to make room hypoallergenic and fragrance free to meet my medical needs. Truly grateful to her for going the extra mile.

The property was very clean. I would have to say, that everything was perfect. The only thing I was slightly disappointed by was the view. From the listing, it looked as if you had a full view forward into the yacht club. As it turns out, it is more just a side view from the balcony. A little misleading. Overall, we had a great stay.
