This top floor, end unit condo features panoramic views of our crystal clear Gulf water and sugar sand beaches. Located on the top floor of the very popular Island Sands Condo complex, this 2 BR 2 BA unit is bound to be your favorite place to be.

Island Sands is a small condo complex on Indian Rocks Beach directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, literally 50 feet away from the Gulf! You will enjoy dolphin watching and magnificent sunsets from your balcony with your favorite beverage or right from the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and TV for your enjoyment along with it's own updated private bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plus it's own TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

The main living space boasts a breathtaking view of the beach and the beachfront balcony and can be admired from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has every convenience of home that you desire to create those wonderful home-cooked meals or to grab a quick snack to enjoy by the beach. The dining room table has plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy a meal together, too. The breakfast bar hosts comfortable bar stools for quick meals or to catch up with your social media with the free WiFi throughout the condo.

The condo also has a sleeper sofa, and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Linens and towels provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your stay as well!

Enjoy the beachfront and heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Rocks Beach searching for shells. Create an incredible meal at the onsite (and beachfront) Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting family vacation memories.

*Please note: there is no elevator at this complex. This unit is on the top floor, meaning you will have to walk up two flights of stairs.

You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award-winning beaches, more amazing restaurants and nightlife. Rent jet skis, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep-sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration and vendors too. Johns Pass is located a bit South to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous small shops and more water excursions.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for the week. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a fantastic bakery. The beach was not crowded. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only concern was that the ice maker didn't work well so we had to buy bags of ice from CVS two blocks away. The pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy. We also had plenty of bath and beach towels. It was nice that the chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were included. The beach was not crowded and we loved how close everything was, including restaurants. Our only negative about the week was construction on the building next door. It was noisy at times but only the last 3 days of our stay.

My sister and I booked this unit for our annual "Sister Get-Away" trip and we were absolutely thrilled with the beach and the accommodations. The unit was so clean....really clean! It was tastefully decorated and we were left with enough supplies to get our vacation off to a great start. We were very happy with the entire experience, and Sue was great to work with throughout the booking process. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful beach!

The place is well kept and the management team does a great job of cleaning between stays. The location is perfectly located in IRB (Indian Rocks Beach) within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. We stayed for 3-weeks and have come to know others who stay during this time. We have became "Beach Family"! We love the condo, love the area and love the people in the area. I would highly recommend this place or any other place represented by Long Key Vacation Rentals. They are awesome to work with.

Great location. We have been coming to IRB for 15 years and the fact we could walk to a few restaurants was great. The only “wish list” thing we would like are a couple chaise lounges on the deck instead of chairs …. But not a deal breaker at all. We used the pool area and all neighbors were super chill.

The front half of the condo with the living and kitchen space was nice, the back half with the two bedrooms needs updating. The pato door in the master bedroom along with the windows in both bedrooms need to be improved to lesson the very loud traffic noise that easily.filters in. It was even challenging to sleep with ear plugs.Check in process was great. Responsive contact person.

Amazing Oceanfront/Beachfront Condo!

You can stop scrolling - book this beautiful oceanfront/beachfront condo before someone else does! You can hear the ocean from every room! On-trend colors/decor/finishes/furniture! Immaculate and spacious! Super comfortable beds! Easy, assigned parking that’s directly under the complex. Large balcony offers fabulous water views! Don’t worry if the weather stinks during your visit - you cannot beat the water views from the kitchen/great room. Loved being able to walk right down the steps, through a gate and be directly on the beach. You’re even able to walk on the beach to get to restaurants ! A block from CVS! Super convenient to everything without feeling touristy. Awesome host- super easy check in and check out! IRB is very quiet and tranquil!

Perfect condo with amazing view

The condo was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed how nice it was. Although, coming to the beach during a cold snap made enjoying the outdoors a little difficult it was still nice to be right on the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Decided to book this location for a last minute, family beach getaway. It. Was. Perfect!! The listing is exactly as advertised, located right on the beach and within walking distance to many great places. We have absolutely no complaints and are already talking about our next trip!

Awesome place but not kid friendly

This place is beautiful. The views were amazing, the pool was refreshing, and it was a perfect spot to access some great restaurants and dessert spots. IRB is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our beach time. We were close to a CrossFit gym and able to run on the beach which was a plus for us. The only downfall is that it’s not kid friendly. We have a 1.5 year old boy and 3 year old boy. As soon as they wake up they are dancing and moving around, not jumping or doing anything other than stepping loudly. You can hear everything in this particular condo even if someone was outside walking up the steps to get into the door. Both kids weigh under 30 lbs but little feet moving around in the living room is loud. It was exhausting to yell at them the entire time to stop and sit down and not fair to them or the people below us when they were moving. The last day it rained so we just went home early bc we knew if they were inside all day it would likely be a problem. If you don’t have kids, book this place it’s great!

We often refer to it has our Florida Home. We love the location, as its centrally located near downtown Indian Rocks within walking distance of many local restaurants and other novelties. The condo sits on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf along with sugar white sand. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and only access by stairs. It overlooks a heated swimming pool with many chairs to share. The condo has 2-bedroom, 2-bath and a very nice, equipped kitchen. The condo was recently updated and beautifully decorated.

The sunsets at night are beautiful, you see dolphins mornings and evenings, white sandy beach for miles, restaurants within walking distance great ice cream shop steps away. Heated Pool and patio, nice balcony. Its worth the $$$. The only downside busy street to enter and leave parking area, 3 sets of stairs to haul your stuff up.

Stay at Indian Rocks beach

Overall this property was lovely, with updated decor. The number one reason to book this property is to be close to the beach with ocean views, which were fantastic. All of the furniture inside and out was comfy. There was strong water pressure in the showers. We were looking for a blender to make smoothies, but we ended up buying an inexpensive one, which we took to the next rental. There were a few minor issues common to Florida rentals such as difficulty opening the doorwall because of salt spray on the track, (which we forgot to report to management), and hearing some sounds from other units. There were no bugs to deal with though. We did smell smoke in our unit several times from a person outside smoking on their deck in the building right behind our unit- when we had no windows open- which was weird. Maybe it was because it was so windy and the vents on the roof kept flapping open and closed. I don't think that there is anything that anyone could do about that though. We didn't use the pool area because of the weather, but were surprised that it looked smaller in person than in photos. Over all it was a good choice to stay here.
