You will find 3 cozy bedrooms in this home. The master has a king bed with an attached ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are right down the hall, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk (+ a twin trundle underneath). These two secondary bedrooms share access to the hallway bathroom.

Both bathrooms in this home carry through the same fun, beach theme that encompasses the rest of the home! Both the master and secondary bathrooms are equipped with one sink, one toilet, and one shower/tub combo each.

The kitchen & dining area are very open, connecting to the rest of the main living area, as well as access to the outdoors. The kitchen has modern, stainless steel appliances + a coffee station (including a Keurig, coffee pods, and a cool wall-of-mugs!).

Right across from the kitchen, you will enter the dining room. The dining table offers seating up to 8 (+ 4 bar stools), as well as direct access to the rest of the living area in this home.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
