End of summer trip

In right my daughter and her friends for an end of summer vacation. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Everything is conveniently located and took the trolley to Johns Pass for dinner and some shopping. Condo was just as advertised and very well stocked! We will be back!

Great stay!

Condo is exactly as pictured and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are clean and the beach is right across the street. Balcony looks right at the intercostal and we spent hours watching the birds and dolphins go by! Melissa was great to deal with and responded to any questions we had within minutes.

My sons wedding

Came to St. Pete for my son’s wedding. Melissa was so helpful and flexible.. we had a wonderful stay at her place…from the pool, to being able to watch dolphins from our deck! A great place to stay!!

Amazing!

Truly a great stay! Our group stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and Melissa was so incredibly helpful. She sent us a list of every place that would be open so sweet wouldn't have to stress about anything. The property is perfectly located - literally steps from Publix and beach access. And yet the property is unbelievably quiet. We were able to sit outside and watch dolphins every day!

Wonderful unit with views

Larger than most units. Lots of beach toys, amazing view of dolphins, pool and birds, nice kitchen. Host was quick to respond and a lovely person to work with. Publix next door with a great bakery. Beach access was very easy.

Our first Florida vacation

We had an amazing time in this Treasure Island condo. It was true to the pictures, and the location is excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Air conditioning worked amazing. We had a little trouble upon arrival with the code lock, but called Melissa and she picked right up and helped us over the phone. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but im used to my home comfy recliner....lol I would definitely rent this unit again. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were awesome too.

Treasure Island Vacation

The condo unit was much nicer than the rest of the hotel (i. e. Lobby and areas between units) but overall a clean comfortable condo. The views from the living room and one bedroom were beautiful! Some of the negatives were no washcloths in master bedroom and it was very difficult getting into the hotel as no signs tell you where to try to enter the hotel nor where the lockbox is. We had to walk all around to find out and were only able to get in when someone opened the door for us and told us the code. It just seems it would be much easier to have a clerk there who could help with some of this. However, it is very safe because of this once you do gain access to everything. Also, the carpets seemed a little sandy when we arrived and also there was a big stain on the bedspread. Everything you need in the kitchen regarding utensils coffee maker microwave were supplied as well as hand soap in the bathrooms and regular items like bath towels. Nice place overall.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful place, so closed to everything, relaxing and calm. What was really outstanding for me was the communication with Melissa, almost immediately responses (usually you don’t get that from others). Place is well equipped and secure. We really love the place and location and definitely want to come back as soon as possible!

Pretty amzing place - epic location

This unit has everything you need! All the comforts of home and clean! Overlooking pool on the 1st floor. Heavy sliding doors so noise was never an issue. Location could not get any better - walkable to everything we needed and if you wanted to walk a little further there is even more to enjoy! Short drive or Uber ride to so much more. There is a large grocery/liquor store right next door as well as several restaurants and night life options. Beach is right across the street. We definitely enjoyed our stat and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch!

Perfect vacation

Listing as advertised, very convenient location and right across the street from the beautiful sandy beach and swimming. Melissa was wonderful to work with, and even allowed us to stay past checkout due to a later flight. Loved the big balcony that overlooked the water and had many meals out there with a nice breeze. This will be our go-to place whenever we come and visit friends who just moved into the area!
